Probably one of my favorite Italian restaurants I've experienced in the USA--ironically, not found in DC but MO. I had the chicken parmesian and pepperoni pizza. Both were incredibly unique and tasty. I ended up visiting twice in a week with customers because it was that good. If I'm ever in St Louis again this is where I'll dine. Hopefully they will expand to the DMV.

It’s not just the best restaurant in St Louis, but the best pizza and pasta I ever had. Unique flavours and shapes, all the dishes just blow my mind every time I dine in here. At least once a month I can’t not to come here. But among all the locations, this one is the best. The best time to enjoy your meal here is when it’s not too crowded so when there is no games.

The food was very good. Our whole group enjoyed their food. The black and white film ambiance was a nice differentiator from other restaurants. I had the chicken parmigiana and it was a different take on it, but I enjoyed it. The appetizers were all good that I had. Would recommend giving this place a try. It is a bit more expensive.

Was in St. Louis for a conference and Katie's came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Wish I could have gone back again for dinner but had pizza there at lunch and it was excellent? Sat outside and was able to watch March Madness on a big screen across the way.

Good atmosphere and design. The food and service were great as well as some unique pizzas.

My mom and I went here for dinner and it was fantastic. Darren, our server made some great recommendations, was attentive, and provided an overall amazing experience for us. We finished the meal talking about how much we wish this restaurant was closer to us (we live in Tulsa) and will be making an excuse to come back soon!!

Listen. If you’re the kind of person who walks into a restaurant, politely scans the menu, and says, “I’ll have x,” That’s boring and you need to go to Katie’s Pizza and Osteria. Because here, you get to be the chef. That’s right. I’m here for oddities on a pizza with zero shame about it. Add shrimp and it’s officially #stlouispescatarianapproved, which, for the record, is the highest culinary honor in the land. I rarely even glance at the regular menu. It’s there, sure, in all its carefully curated glory, but I’m on my own culinary journey over here. This visit? We got a Pesto Quattro Formaggio Pizza add Shrimp (obviously), and a blood orange salad that was so fresh it probably whispered affirmations to the arugula on the way out. Also, can we talk about the mozzarella? These are not sticks. These are bricks. Like, “hold it with two hands” kind of bricks. The kind of bricks you want to build your house with if you’re a sensible adult who values architecture and cheese equally. You need to get here and quick!

The name does not fit this venue. We thought this was a local pizza place. It was so much more. We tried most of the appetizer menu and several pastas. There were 6 of us. We are all foodies. So far, this has been the best restaurant. The black garlic pasta. The white bean dip. The meat balls. My favorite is the lemon cream cauliflower and I am not a huge fan of cauliflower. The porchetta was awesome. Our waitstaff was on point. The gelatos were yummy to finish off the meal.
